Measures and operation policies of the hotel

Throughout the hotel

The hotel has developed an Action Plan and a Suspected Case Management Plan with the hotel Manager as the designated lead.

All health measures that have been announced by EODY (National Public Health Organization www.eody.gov.gr/en/ ) are observed.

All hotel staff has been trained to adhere to the new health protocols.

Public spaces

Adherence to the increased cleaning and disinfection protocol with emphasis on surfaces of frequent contact.

Installation of stations with antiseptic solution for dry hand sanitization.

Signage for the adherence to all the health instructions of EODY by hotel guests.

Rearrangement of hotel furniture to avoid overcrowding.


Mandatory extension of check out – check in window. Check out until 11.00 am – Check In from 15.00 pm

Reception of the guest will be at open area.

Prohibition of entry into guest-rooms to non-residents.

Disinfection of the surfaces in reception and the room key cards.

The operating health protocols of stores for (breakfast & pool bar) are followed.

A modified operation of the buffet breakfast with a personalized service tables Breakfast is served at the pool area from 08:00 to 10:30

Pool/Snack Bar operates from 11:00 to 20:30

Swimming Pool

Operation of the facilities of the swimming pool with all the planned health and safety measures.

Opens from 11:00 to 20:30

We provide you pool towels free of charge, those are available from the pool  bar and are for use within the hotel only. Towels for use for outside the hotel can be obtained from the front desk.

Diving in the swimming pool is not permitted

We strongly suggest using the shower next to the swimming pool before entering the pool


Removal of decorative objects, leaflets, to minimize the surfaces of frequent contact in the rooms. 

Cleaning of the room during the guests’ stay will be less frequent and upon the customer’s request.

The changing the linen and towels will only be available upon the customer’s request.

For better ventilation, the air conditioning will remain switched on even when the balcony door is open.

Cleaning of the rooms is done according to official protocols and is followed by steam disinfection.

Laundry Service

Operation of the laundry service has been suspended due health and safety measures. We will be glad to assist you with external Laundromat or dry cleaning service

Banks and ATM’s  are located in Fira town 

Taxi Service 

Taxis are available 24/7. However, Santorini has a maximum of 30-35 taxis, even in high season, which often makes it difficult to get a taxi, depending on the volume of business. We suggest that you book a private transfer instead, as the service can be more punctual and at almost the same price.

For the timetable of the local transportation please contact reception as this change according to each season.


There is a small library below of the swimming pool area with a variety of books in different languages that you may borrow during your stay with us or to exchange your book with another one.

Safety Deposit Box 

Your accommodation is provided with a safety deposit box for the placement of valuable items which is located at the front office area. We encourage the use of this free service, as the hotel is not liable in the case of any personal item loss.
